About me
My love for working with people is at the heart of why I became a counsellor. I am drawn to listening, understanding, and walking alongside individuals through life’s challenges in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and meaningful.
I was born in Fiji and raised in Aotearoa New Zealand, experiences that have shaped my values and deep appreciation for culture, connection, and belonging. I now live and work in Perth, Western Australia, where I offer counselling to individuals, couples, and young people. My background has strongly influenced my passion for cultural counselling and my commitment to working in culturally responsive and inclusive ways.
I am a qualified counsellor, and my practice is grounded in a humanistic, person‑centred approach. I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches to support emotional wellbeing, self‑understanding, and meaningful change, always working at a pace that feels right for each client.
I am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and am committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
